We work as a team and some of our sitters may align more with your visits based on your needs and staff availability. With that, a pattern starts to form in our route with walkers. All our dog walkers are dedicated to providing the level of care we pride ourselves on so you receive quality care consistently. We believe this serves you and your pup best! Of course! We do not have extra pet fees for up to 2 dogs. Extra pet fees apply at 3 or more dogs.

For dog walking services, we conduct service in a 2-hour time blocks between 9AM-3PM. Clients pick preferred time slots: late morning, early afternoon, late afternoon. We will arrive during your preferred time block. If you have a preferred time, please note it when scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though exact times may vary.

We walk each client’s dog(s) in your own neighborhood.

We require on site entry such as digital access (e.g., garage door opener, keypad lock). A set of keys can be securely kept in a lockbox (purchased from us or you can provide your own) for our use to minimize key handling and exchanges.

We accept credit card payments through our system, which are auto-charged every Friday. Venmo and cash payments are also accepted upon request.

Absolutely! We welcome all dog breeds, provided they are not aggressive towards us. The meet & greet helps ensure we are a good fit for your dog.

At this time, we do not offer pack walks. We provide one-on-one enriching walks for your dog(s).

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand things come up, so let us know as soon as you can. We will invoke our cancellation policy or waive it depending on the timing of the cancellation and nature of cancellation.

Yes, but these should be discussed and requested weeks in advance. We strive to accommodate all requests and will always be transparent about our availability.

We offer Almost Overnights, but we do not sleep overnight in your home.

Yes, we offer boarding for clients who prefer to drop off their dog. However, this is a limited service to clients with 1 small to medium sized dogs, and it is only ever one client booked at a time for safety and quality purposes.
