How to Get Started!
Step 1: Schedule Meet & Greet
Select a time from our availability that works for you! We’ll come out to meet you, your pets, and go over your pets’ personalized routine and see the lay of the land in your home.
Step 2: Portal Access
Once we confirm we’re a good fit, we’ll invite you into our pet sitting portal. This is our business’s “dog house”, a safe space for you and your pet's information. You now have the power to make schedule updates, payments, and communicate with our team, all in one place.
Step 3: Enjoy Worry-Free Pet Care
Services can be scheduled by us or requested by you directly. You’ll receive a confirmation from us along with reports after each visit during time of service. Our reports are complete with pictures and time stamps for peace of mind!

Anna’s Animals has been amazing for our dog, Scout. We particularly love the Almost Overnight option. We love that Scout gets to be in the comfort of our own home as opposed to a kennel. He has some quirks and she listens to what we told her works or doesn’t work for him and respects our guidance as well as is very informed on canine behaviors that range for every dog.

Dog walks are available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., five days a week.
Mid-day visits are scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m After-hours apply services scheduled outside of 9-5PM, and weekend walks are available for an additional $5.

We use lockboxes for access to homes. Lockboxes can be provided by you, the client, or by us for a one-time fee of $25. We also will use garage codes or pin-pad door codes to access your home.

For dog walking, cancellations made the day before your scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or adjust your schedule, please let us know as soon as possible. While our cancellation policy is in place to protect our team’s time, we may use discretion to adjust or waive fees depending on the timing and circumstances.
For all pet sitting bookings, we require a 50% security deposit of the total service cost to reserve your spot. This deposit is nonrefundable and serves as your cancellation fee.

Yes! The holiday season is our busiest time, as many pet parents travel for family or vacations. To ensure availability, please request holiday services weeks in advance. We strive to accommodate every request and will always be upfront about our availability.
