  • Yes, we offer a complimentary Meet & Greet to introduce you to your dog walker and review your detailed client profile before the dog walks start. If we need to introduce a new or backup walker, we will notify you in advance.

  • Yes, we assign you a dedicated dog walker who will be your primary walker. If your dedicated walker is unavailable, we will notify you and arrange for an alternate walker. We also set up a practice walk where the alternate walker joins your dedicated walker to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Of course! We charge an additional $5 per dog after the first two dogs. The first two dogs incur no extra fees.

  • We ask you to choose a 2-hour arrival window during which your walker will arrive each day. If you have a preferred time, please note it when scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though exact times may vary.

  • We walk each client’s dog(s) in your own neighborhood.

  • We require two sets of working keys unless there is digital access (e.g., garage door opener, keypad lock). One set is for your dedicated walker, and the other is kept in a safe lockbox for emergencies. Keys should be provided at the consultation, or we can arrange to pick them up before the first walk.

  • We accept credit card payments through our system, which are auto-charged every Friday. Venmo and cash payments are also accepted upon request.

  • Absolutely! We welcome all dog breeds, provided they are not aggressive towards us. The meet & greet helps ensure we are a good fit for your dog.

  • At this time, we do not offer pack walks. We provide one-on-one enriching walks for your dog(s).

  • If you need to cancel, please notify us 24 hours in advance. We understand this isn’t always possible, so let us know as soon as you can. We do not charge for cancellations unless we show up and are not needed.

  • Yes, but these should be discussed and requested weeks in advance. We strive to accommodate all requests and will always be transparent about our availability.

  • Yes, we offer overnight sitting in your home to ensure your pet is comfortable.

  • Yes, we offer boarding for clients who prefer to drop off their dog. However, this is a limited service.
